Lara Herscovitch is an accomplished singer & songwriter who has earned multiple awards for her insightful, inspirational songs, covering a wide range of topics. She’s the former official troubadour of the State of Connecticut and has worked with people of all ages to create positive life images within her music and performances.
Mental liberation through dance delves into the historical to present correlation of the positive impact that the art of dance has on mental health. Dated back to slavery, dance was instrumental in depicting stories and conveying ideas along with emotions. Therefore dance has become a universal language to communicate. CC BY-NC-ND
